General Policies:
- Check in is from 4pm-6pm (eastern)*
- Check out time is not later than 10:00am (eastern)*
- Stays of seven nights or longer have first choice of location.
- All major credit cards are accepted and required for reservations.
- A 50% deposit applies and is required to hold a reservation of 7 nights or more. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
- Reservations 30 days or less prior to reservation, or for less than 7 nights, are due in full at the time of the reservation and are non-refundable.
- 60-day cancellation policy applies to reservations seven nights or longer. Cancellation fee is equal to one night’s stay if cancelled more than 60 days in advance of the reservation.
- No refunds will be given with less than 60 days notice & the full amount due for the reservation will be charged.
- Mountain View Lodges property is exclusively for registered paid guests only.
- Michigan use tax, fees and room assessment must be added to all room charges.
- Cabins are to be left in clean and in good condition, maid service is not provided. Charges may be applied for extraordinary cleaning and/or damages.
- *When available and approved by management, early check-in and late check-out are available.
- There is a $25/hour charge up to 4 hours. After 4 hours, the full nightly rate applies.
Pet Policy:
**IMPORTANT: ONLY CERTAIN CABINS ARE DOG FRIENDLY.**
- A maximum of 2 dogs per cabin is permitted.
- The fee is $30.00 per dog per day for stays of less than 5 nights.
- For stays of 5 nights or more, the fee is $150.00 max.
Requirements
- Current vaccinations are required (Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella, etc.).
- Dogs must be flea-free and well-behaved.
- All documents must be emailed to CONTACTUS@MOUNTAINVIEWLOGES.COM 60 days prior to check-in.
Property Rules
- Please pick up after your dog.
- Keep your dog on a leash when outdoors.
- Do not leave your dog unattended in the cabin.
- Ensure your dog remains quiet during your stay.
- Please note: Any damage caused by your dog(s) will be charged accordingly. Failure to comply with the dog policy may result in additional fees or being asked to leave without a refund.
