All rates are excluding taxes Cabins will sleep up to 6 people.  Call for further information. There is a three-night minimum stay for all holidays. Payment during holidays is due in full at the time of reservation and is non-refundable.

Conditions:

• Check in time is no earlier than 4pm (eastern)*
• Check out time is not later than 10:30am (eastern)*
• Longer stays have first choice of location. 
• All major credit cards are accepted and required for reservations.
• A 50% deposit applies and is required to hold a reservation for more than 30 days.
• Reservations 30 days or less prior to reservation or for 3 or less nights are due in full at the time of the reservation.
• 30-day cancellation policy applies. Cancellation fee is $100 if cancelled more than 30 days in advance of the reservation.
• No refunds will be given with less than 30 days notice & the full amount due for the reservation will be charged.
• Mountain View Lodges property is exclusively for registered paid guests.
• 9% Michigan use tax and room assessment tax must be added to all room charges.
• Cabins may not have pets in them under any circumstances.
   

*When available and approved by management, early check-in and late check-out are available.
There is a $25/hour charge up to 4 hours. After 4 hours, the full nightly rate applies.
