2007 Hosts for Discovery Travel Channel!

2008 has been an exciting year!  Mountain View Lodges became Mountain View Lodges, Gallery and Gifts!  With the artisans living on the property, you never know what you will discover in the newly opened shop, currently located in the lobby.  Michigan Magazine, which can be viewed on PBS or RFD TV, was impressed with the creations and will be featuring them on an upcoming show.  Check your local listings and be sure to stop in while you are in the area! 

In 2007, Discovery Travel Channel stayed at Mountain View Lodges while taping Best Places to Find Cash and Treasures - Native Copper .  The show will air for the first time on January 1, 2008 at 9:00 p.m. EST. 

We offer the newest property in the area boasting contemporary, luxurious, two bedroom condos including wood burning fireplaces and screened in porches. Scenically located on the sandy beaches of Lake Superior at the foothills of the Porcupine Mountains, Mountain View Lodges provides close proximity to down-hill and cross country skiing, snowmobile trails, miles of hiking trails, charter fishing, abundant waterfalls and many other four season activities.
